The President of Turkmenistan transferred the funds that he had received from the sale of his books that won popularity in our country and abroad to the Orphans’ Palace.

Creation of favourable conditions for orphans, guarantee of their rights for education, health protection, etc. serve as an important aspect of the state social policy.
