With the aim to implement the bilateral agreements between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan as well as further develop the partnership between the two states, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Azerbaijani commission for economic cooperation for Turkmenistan. Vice Premier in charge of the science, education, healthcare, sport, tourism and social issues was appointed Chairman of the commission.
