President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired a regular meeting of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan to consider the results of work of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan for nine months of the current year and the issues of further strengthening the material and technical bases of the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined the significance of taking successive measures to fulfill the tasks on increasing the efficiency of work of the military and law enforcement agencies paying particular attention to such urgent issues as enhancement of educational work, increase of the professional level of specialists as well as their responsibility for the existing situation in the spheres under their supervision.

The other issues were considered during the State Security Council meeting, and the relevant decisions were adopted.
