Meeting of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is on official visit in the Swiss Confederation, with the of chairman of the board of “Solid Energy Solutions” Company Kun Minne took place in Geneva. The meeting was held in the residence of the Turkmen leader in Geneva – “President Wilson” hotel.
In the course of the meeting, it was discussed a series of issues connected with expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation on several perspective trends, particularly fuel-energy sector, construction of power stations, transmission facilities as well as realization of large-scale programs on development of various sectors of national economy, including modernization of production infrastructure. In this connection, Mr. Kun Minne presented to the head of state the project of modern 620-kilometer long Ashgabat-Balkanabat-Turkmenbashi transmission line worked out by the consortium of several sectoral companies, including “Solid Energy Solutions”, which financing will be handled by this consortium.
