The four-storey building located in the south of Ashgabat houses the post office, telegraph office, cash offices where subscribers can pay for cellular, urban and long-distance telephone and Internet services, Internet cafes, 24-hour enquiry offices, a shop where clients can buy telephones and accessories and maintenance rooms. There are the recreation room, gym and canteen for the local personnel in the building. The offices where 350 specialists will work occupy about 10,000 square metres.
The President visited the Internet cafes, the customer service centre and the laboratory with fixed and cellular communication hardware where he knew about the advantages of LTE networks and the procedures for rendering services, including different types of roaming, to subscribers.
