President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov conducted a video conference with the khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat.
The issues put on the agenda of the video conference included social and economic development of the country including the progress of implementation of the complex reformatory programmes in the agricultural and industrial spheres.
Ashgabat Khyakim Sh. Durdylyev reported on the measures taken to improve the Turkmen capital, the preparations for the festive events and the work done on implementation of the general plan on improvement of Ashgabat.
Velayat Khyakims reported on the measures taken within the framework of implementation of the national programme on development of the national agro-industrial complex as well as the work carried out by the relevant structures to ensure the worm and nourishing hibernation for cattle. The Velayat Khyakims also reported on the measures taken to ensure the coordinated work of the relevant structures on development of the industrial infrastructure in the regions. A project of the Dashoguz Velayat Library was presented to the Turkmen leader for consideration.
Focusing attention on the issues of development of the agro-industrial complexes in the regions, the President of Turkmenistan instructed the relevant officials to ensure the high level of works to hold the winter season in the agricultural and cattle-breeding sectors properly.
The Turkmen leader demanded the relevant officials to conduct the events dedicated to the forthcoming holiday – the Day of Neutrality of Turkmenistan at the high organizational level.
Considering the project of a new velayat library, the Turkmen leader gave a number of specific comments and instructions and approved the project in general.
Summing up the video conference, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized on the urgency of the issues and tasks considered during the meeting and underlined that their successful implementation was of particular significance for further accelerated social and economic development of the country in the epoch of power and happiness and guaranteeing the happy life of the Turkmen people.
