President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who arrived in Ashgabat for participation in the summit of the heads of CIS states.

In the course of the meeting, the leaders of two countries discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation as well as exchanged views on vital issues of regional and international policy, being of mutual interest.

The heads of states spoke for stirring up of work on increase of mutual commodity turnover and strengthening of interaction in the field of science and culture, creation of all essential conditions for it.
