President of Turkmenistan conducted a video conference with Vice Premiers, heads of ministries and departments, khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat. The meeting participants informed the President of Turkmenistan on the existing situation in the structures under their supervision and on the fulfillment of the Turkmen leader’s instructions.
In particular, it was reported on the progress in implementing the seasonal agricultural campaigns and the measures taken to ensure the nourishing and warm hibernation. The projects of a cattle-breeding complex to be built in Ahal Velayat and mud flow offtake channel in the south of the Turkmen capital. The meeting participants reported on drafting the projects on construction of a new hotel in Dashoguz Velayat and allocation 15 hectares of land to the Khazar Balyk Joint-Stock Company for construction of a sturgeon-farming enterprise in Turkmenbashi settlement in Turkmenbashi Etrap on the Caspian coast.
The draft designs of the facilities under construction in the Olympic Village, reconstruction of S.A. Niyazov International Medical Centre affiliated to the Directorate of International Medical Centres and construction of a new five-storey building designed for 120 places as well as the project on construction of a Training and Scientific Centre of the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan were submitted to the Turkmen leader for consideration. According to the project the Training and Scientific Centre will include an educational and clinical laboratories as well as research and analytical scientific department.
Minister of Nature Protection of Turkmenistan B. Annabayramov reported on the existing situation in the sphere under his supervision, in particular the Minister informed the Turkmen leader on participation in the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (the Tehran Convention) to the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea held in Moscow on December 9-13, on the decisions adopted during the meeting and main outcomes.
Minister of Communal Services of Turkmenistan A. Yagshimammedov reported on the work on improving and maintaining cleanness in the Turkmen capital as well as in all regions of the country.
Commenting on the report, the Turkmen leader expressed dissatisfaction with the work of the Ministry of Communal Services of Turkmenistan. In particular, in spite of the fact that the most advanced equipment was supplied to the Ministry the necessary measures on cleaning streets and pavements, keeping roads clear of ice, etc. are not taken in time. In this regard, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov severely reprimanded Minister of Communal Services of Turkmenistan A. Yagshimammedov for the failure to properly perform official duties and said A. Yagshimammedov would be relieved of his post if the shortcoming were not eliminated in a shortest possible period.

Dovletsahedov for the failure to properly perform official duties and keep rigorous control over the heating system in social and living facilities. The Turkmen leader said that M. Dovletsahedov would be relieved of his post if the shortcoming were not eliminated in a shortest possible period.
The President relieved D. Orazov of the post of Deputy Minister of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan in charge of the organization of medioprophylactic assistance for serious shortcomings and the failure to perform his duties properly.
Commenting on the report of Minister of Education of Turkmenistan G.Mammedova, the President of Turkmenistan expressed dissatisfaction with the heating systems in a number of schools and kindergartens in winter season and demanded Vice Premier S. Toylyev and Minister of Education G.Mammedova to eliminate the shortcomings as soon as possible.
During the meeting the Turkmen leader underlined the necessity to prepare thoroughly for the favourite national holiday – New Year celebrations and to ensure the abundance of foodstuffs on the Turkmen markets. In this regard, the Turkmen leader instructed the relevant officials to pay salaries and benefits to local population till December 25 and organize the festive celebrations at the high level.
