Concerts of popular Turkish artist Tarkan and famous Arab singer Ruveyda Attieh were held in Ashgabat. The concerts took place with the full house on the arena of Sports Complex for winter sports. Its ice rink has often become the place of mass celebrations and music show with participation of foreign celebrities.

Here, the first matinee was given by the Turkish singer Tarkan Tevetoglu, better known as Tarkan, including in Turkmenistan, where he has many old fans.


The audience greeted with applauses each song, learning it from the first sounds of the melody. Welcoming Turkmenistan and Turkmen people gathered in the hall, Tarkan has made no secret that he is touched of so hot, hearty welcome. He delighted the audience with famous hit songs like “Shikidim” and “Shimarik”, “Dudu” and “Kuzu kuzu”, etc performed with infectious energy again and again.

Arab singer, who was born in Syria, is known not only in the Arab world, but also in Europe. Her charm and fascination, great voice, incredible supply of energy also won the Turkmen audience today.
