President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with participation of the Chairwoman of the Parliament of the country, deputy chairpersons of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. In the course of the meeting, it was discussed the ways of successful solution of issues raised in the current meeting by the deputies of the national parliament and connected with further improvement of national legislation, joint work of parliamentarians with all state structures, including sectoral departments.
Among key goals, which solution demands joint efforts, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called the consolidation of legislative foundation of democratic, legal and temporal state, giving high dynamics to economic and social development of Turkmenistan, strengthening of its international authority, improvement of social and living conditions of the country’s population, security of rights and freedoms of human being.
Having noted that one of major duties of the deputies is the work carried out in the provinces and particularly, interaction with executive authorities on solution of socio-economic problems of their districts, the head of state underlined that every parliamentarian should be in the midst of people, battle for interests of their voters, defend their rights outlined in the Constitution and other laws of the country.
In conclusion of the meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave a series of concrete instructions to deputy chairpersons of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on realization of tasks emphasized in the course of the current meeting in the Parliament.
