President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Mustafa Isen.
Exchanging the views on the existing situation and the prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his guest underlined the huge potential for intensification of mutually beneficial partnership in a wide spectrum of areas, including trade and economy, social sphere, transport and communication sector as well as other industries. The Turkmen leader and his guest emphasized the Exhibition of export commodities of the Republic of Turkey in Turkmenistan, which brought together dozens Turkish companies, would promote fostering efficient business relations between the two countries.
Humanitarian and cultural sphere as an integral part of the intergovernmental dialogue was specified among the priority vectors of the Turkmen-Turkish collaboration. In this regard, it was underlined the significance of strengthening and widening the traditional relations in the sphere of science, education and culture that will make the peoples of the two countries closer to each other. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey expressed with satisfaction that within the last years the bilateral scientific and educational relations have received new incentives for development.
