The President of Turkmenistan signed Decrees on establishment of state associations in various sectors and improvement of a number of existing departments. It was decided:
To establish the Turkmenhaly State Association changing the legal form of the Turkmenhaly State Joint-Stock Corporation in order to further improve the carpet industry of Turkmenistan. The President of Turkmenistan instructed Vice Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Managing the affairs of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Government of the country H. Muhammedov and Vice Premier A.Gochyev to take control over the execution of the Decree.
To establish Turkmenobahyzmat State Association changing the legal form of the Turkmenobahyzmat Association of Joint-Stock companies on production and maintenance of agriculture in order to provide timely and high-quality technical services to agricultural producers. The President of Turkmenistan instructed Vice Premiers A.Yazmyradov and A.Gochyev to take control over the execution of the Decree.
To rename the Turkmengallaonumleri Association into the Turkmengallaonumleri State Association in order to further improve the baking industry. The Turkmengallaonumleri State Association and the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan were instructed to draft proposals on making changes and amendments to the legislation of Turkmenistan based on the Decree within a monthe and submit it to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration. The President of Turkmenistan instructed Vice Premiers A.Yazmyradov and A.Gochyev to take control over the execution of the Decree.
To rename the Food Industry Association into the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan in order to further improve the work of the food industry of Turkmenistan.
