President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the ceremonies of opening of new facilities of the infrastructure of hospitality – Dag goçy and Keýik restaurants in Archabil Etrap in the Turkmen capital.
The white-marble newly-constructed buildings were erected in the picturesque Geokdere area – the favourite place of recreation for the people and guests to the Turkmen capital. Blending well with the mountain landscape, the buildings have replenished the modern infrastructure of hospitality created in Ashgabat and the country as well.
The new restaurants with the area of 15,000 square meters each are built in compliance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan by the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan. The territory adjacent to the buildings will be planted with greenery and decorated with original fountains. Pedestrian and road bridges as well as parking bay designed for 70 places will be built there. The fact that Dag goçy and Keýik restaurants are located at the foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains make them more attractive for guests.
Dag goçy and Keýik restaurants are designed for 330 seats each. The guests will be offered with high-quality service and a wide range of dishes, including the dishes of the national cuisine.
Getting acquainted with the design of restaurants that combine the elements of national architecture and modern trends in this sphere, the Turkmen leader underlined the significance of ensuring the high culture and quality of service rendered to the guests as well as creating all necessary conditions for recreation and pleasant pastime.
Speaking about the restaurants’ menu including a wide range of various dishes, the President of Turkmenistan focused on the dishes of the national cuisine. According to the Turkmen leader, the traditions of cooking these dishes traced back to the centuries were carefully preserved and passed from generation to generation and have reached our days. The President underlined that the dishes to be cooked in accordance with the traditional national recipes would make the restaurants’ menu more colourful and would suit foreign guests’ taste.
Thus, today the two new restaurants - Dag Goçy and Keýik have replenished the infrastructure of recreation of the Turkmen capital.
