The festivities on occasion of opening of new facilities of the resort infrastructure on the Avaza national tourism zone took place on the Caspian coast with participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The “Ýüpek ýoly” complex of cottages built at the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosts ten two-storeyed cottages designed for 160 holidaymakers.
Getting acquainted with conditions created there, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan focused on the particular attention Turkmenistan pays to creation of all necessary conditions for health protection and development of the tourist, sanatorium and resort infrastructure.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov headed to the “Şowhun” complex of cottages built at the request of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan that will house 120 holidaymakers in a season in 15 cottages.
Local artists presented a bright concert that reflected a diverse palette of the national art – vocal, musical, dancing and theatrical performances on the territory of the complex.
Then the Turkmen leader got acquainted with the other newly-constructed facilities, including Centres of Health and Recreation built at the request of khyakimliks of all five regions of the country. Bright performances demonstrating the richness and color of Turkmen people’s national traditions and customs with special features of each region were arranged there.
New comfortable “Daşoguz” Centre will host 300 holidaymakers in a season, the “Lebap” Health and Recreation Centre will welcome 208 adults and 107 children each summer season. There are 94 spacious light rooms, including 12 family rooms supplied with cozy furniture in the “Mary” Centre designed for 308 guests. The “Ahal” Centre will host 2016 adults and 96 children. The “Balkan” Health and Recreation Centre is designed for 300 guests each season.
Participants of the festivities greeted the Turkmen leader at the “Galkynyş” Complex built at the request of the oil and gas, chemical and fishing industries. Ten cozy two-storeyed cottages erected there are designed for four families each.
Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov headed to the “Aşgabat” complex of cottages built at the request of the Ashgabat Khyakimlik. There are 12 cottages with 64 rooms designed for 192 guests on the territory of the complex.
The Turkmen leader also took part in the ceremony of opening of a white-marble twelve-storeyd “Täjir” Recreation Centre and complex of cottages of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan. The new recreation centre includes a twelve-storeyed hotel with 164 rooms and eight two-storeyed cottages designed for a family each.
All necessary conditions for recreation are created at the cottage complex of the Union. The total area of the complex that includes 27 two-storeyed cottages designed for two families each is five hectares.
The President of Turkmenistan also visited a twelve-storeyed five-star “Deňiz” Hotel built at the request of the State Service for Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan. There are 116 rooms in the new hotel.
The Turkmen leader headed to the twelve-storeyed “Hasyl” Health and Recreation Centre built at the request of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wrote an entry to the Book of Guests of Honour in the Hotel.
