There is conference hall for 180 seats, computer center, and studio for engaging in painting, drawing, choral singing, theatrical art and choreography. The building contains the library with reading hall as well as ethnographic museum, where the first exhibits were placed. There is professional theatrical stage equipped with all essential things with rehearsal and make-up rooms, large hall.
New facility occupies a large area. Trees and bushes were planted and street lamps were set there. There are paths for walking and benches. Technical block of life support was placed on its adjoining territory.
