Performance of the artists of “Rosgossirk” became one of the brightest events in New Year holidays, where the crowning number of the program was the star turn under intriguing title “Alone among lions”. The best confirmation of this fact is the “sold out” notice at every performance.
Turkmen skilful horsemen of famous “Galkynysh” group under guidance of Pygy Bairamdurdiyev open unusual performance. Then, clown –acrobats appeared with number “Marine lifeguards”, where main personage reminds by appearance and behavior the captain Vrungel from children’s book of Andrey Nekrasov. They are changed with circus trick cyclist Alexander Vitkovski. It turns out that it is possible to bicycle and simultaneously, repair it as well as spectacularly go for a ride on rear wheel of bicycle, sitting on handlebars. Every artist in the first part of performance was a bit clown.
And finally a long-awaited moment, when one by one on the arena enclosed with protective net it is appeared the lions. Some of predators are calm and even slightly lazy, other ones dangerous and from time to time utter terrible roars that makes the spectators feel creepy all over. But nothing can frighten the Honored Artist of Ukraine, threefold gold prize-winner of the international contests (in Moscow, Budapest and Izhevsk), laureate of the first prize of the circus festival in St. Petersburg, owner of “Silver clown” of the festival in Monte Carlo (Monaco) – Vladislav Goncharov. He seats the predators with dancing walk on stands of different heights and soon, it was formed a pyramid from kings of animals. After classic “death trick” – the head of trainer in the mouth of predator, it was demonstrated more exciting trick. Vladislav Goncharov lifts up lion onto his shoulders and under storm of applauses, carries it over arena. Obvious and incredible!
The trainer opened us his “secret”: he trains in cross-fitness. It is comparatively new kind of sport, which basis is the fulfilment of various muscle-strengthening exercises on speed.
- Sport helps me to be in good fit. Immediately after our arrival in our beautiful capital, I go to train in Ashgabat gym. In New Year, I wish all my spectators to make friends with sports. It will keep them from diseases and grant the joy of life, - said Vladislav Goncharov.
