Russian circus actors on the Ashgabat arena again

In these days, the masters of circus art from Russia perform with great success on the Ashgabat arena. Annually, within the framework of cultural exchange, the guest performances of “Rosgoszirk” take place in the Turkmen capital. This time, a program devoted to the memory of famous artist and clown Yuri Nikulin was presented to the attention of Turkmen spectators.





Performing animals, trapeze artists, magicians, jugglers and tightrope walkers – a real kaleidoscope from numbers of traditional circus genres are on the manege. But, the central place in it is occupied by performances of “the biggest clown” (his height is 202 cm) – Honored Artist of Russia Vladimir Kamardin. Owner of prize “Gold clown” – the most prestigious in the world a circus contest, being held in Monte Carlo, Kamardin underwent a training course at famous Karandash, worked on one manege with Nikulin. Great master of pantomime, he immediately wins the favor of audience, involving the adults and children in cheerful game.





Performing animals of Marina and Sergey Gerasimovs gladdened with their art. Under storm of applauses, which didn’t confuse the amicable group of animals, the bears, collies, foxes and raccoon dogs performed with surprising easiness the complicated acrobatic exercises, tricks on trapeze and hurdle race. Firstly, the viewers treated watchfully the animals of Sergey Tarantin, but then, the performances of exotic animals, including crocodiles, pythons, ostriches, peacock and griffon vulture, hold the attention of everyone.



Number with hats, which was performed by laureate of international contests juggler Gregory Sarkisyan to the tap dance with youthful ardor and unusual adroitness of hands, left nobody indifferent. Etudes and tricks demonstrated by clowns on the large cycles granted much joy. Even viewers were able to take part in the number called “Mischievous turns”.
