Days of Culture of the United Arab Emirates in Turkmenistan have opened in Ashgabat. On this occasion, the officials of the sphere of culture, representatives of diplomatic missions accredited to Turkmenistan, mass media, creative intelligentsia and youth of the capital have gathered this evening in the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE in Turkmenistan Hasan Abdulla Al-Adab underlined the significance of the present action in strengthening of friendship, mutual enrichment of cultures of two brotherly people, expansion of humanitarian dialogue.
It was held a concert of masters of culture and art of the UAE. Concert program included national music and dances performed by folk group of the friendly country. The spectators worthily – with storm of applauses appreciated the original compositions, where pulsating tempo of drums fancifully connected with other national instruments, choral singing, stirring motions of dance.
In foyer of Mukams palace, it was expanded the exhibition, which presented the productions of decorative and applied art of two friendly countries.
A delegation of workers of culture and art of the UAE has arrived for organization of the action in Turkmenistan. The best cinema and concert halls as well as one of wonderful halls of Fine Arts Museum of Turkmenistan are at their service. Today, official delegation of the UAE was received at the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, where it was held a view exchange on issues of further development of cooperation of two countries in the sphere of culture and art.
Within the framework of cultural action, the exhibition of decorative and applied art and works of photo artists of the UAE will open at the Fine Arts Museum of Turkmenistan. Palette of the holiday of culture of Arab Emirates also includes the performances of creative group of the friendly country at “Watan” cinema and concert hall, demonstration of movies in “Ashgabat” cinema.
On April 28, the residents of Ashgabat and guests of the Turkmen capital will be invited in “Ashgabat” song and music center for closing ceremony of the action and concert of friendship of the Turkmen and Arab workers of culture and art. The visitors will also have an opportunity to appreciate the Arab art of cookery.
A large cultural program was prepared for the guests. It included the familiarization with the sights of the Turkmen capital, unique exhibits of the museums of Ashgabat.
