In accordance with Article 73 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and Article 7 of the Law of Turkmenistan on the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers in a body to the newly elected President of Turkmenistan and ordered the resigned cabinet ministers to continue to perform their duties until the new Cabinet of Ministers is formed.
