President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Director of the Presidential Department of Foreign Affairs under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Iskander Muflikhanov, who arrived in the Turkmen capital leading the representative delegation.
