With the aim of further development of the international partnership, the President of Turkmenistan signed the relevant Resolutions approving the membership of intergovernmental commissions for Turkmenistan.

In particular, the Minister of Finance of Turkmenistan was appointed the head of the joint Intergovernmental Turkmen-Romanian Commission for Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation for Turkmenistan. The Minister of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan was appointed the head of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Bulgarian Commission for Economic Cooperation. The Minister of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan was appointed the head of the joint Turkmen-Tatar working commission for trading and economic, scientific and technological and cultural cooperation.

The Vice Premier of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Chief Executive Officer of the executive personnel and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan was appointed the head of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission for Economic Cooperation for Turkmenistan. The Vice Premier of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in charge of the oil and gas industry, chemical industry and fishing industry was appointed the head of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Ukrainian Commission for Economic Cooperation.
