President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip round the Turkmen capital to see the construction projects in Ashgabat and velayat centers.
The Turkmen leader headed to the intersection of the Gyorogly and Bekrava Highways, where Vice Premiers A. Yegeleyev, S. Toyliev, Ashgabat Khyakim Sh. Durdylyev as well as the heads of law-enforcement agencies greeted the President of Turkmenistan on the construction site.
The draft projects of new medical institutions as well as a number of apartment houses with improved conditions for specialists of law-enforcement agencies prepared in line with the Turkmen leader’s instructions and recommendations.
In particular, the draft project of the new emergency medical aid center designed for 200 places with a carport for ambulance cars to be built in Ashgabat were presented to the Turkmen leader for consideration. The new building of the medical institution will occupy 19 hectares. The project envisages construction of a new service center, ambulance car parking and a pad. The construction site will occupy 26 hectares.
Then, the Turkmen leader considered the draft projects of the Emergency Center and a garage designed for 30 medical cars to be built in velayats. All necessary conditions for providing the first medical aid will be created at the admission rooms with the area of 1,800 square meters that will be supplied with the most advanced equipment.
Considering the projects, the Turkmen leader gave specific instructions and recommendations regarding architectural style and improvement of the adjacent territory.
Among the other projects submitted for Turkmen leader’s consideration was the model of a new hospital with scientific and clinic cardiology center for 350 patients. The project of the new complex includes the buildings of obstetrics and gynecology, surgery and cardiology.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined that all necessary conditions for training the students of the State Medical University of Turkmenistan should be created there. In order to improve the methods of teaching in line with the most advanced requirements, the Turkmen leader instructed the relevant officials to study the issue on teaching new specialties and opening new departments with assistance of specialists carrying out the pedagogical, scientific and research work.
Speaking about the significant achievements in the sphere of the local people’s health protection, the Turkmen leader noted that the innovative technologies widely used in the national healthcare sector included not only advanced equipment. It included, first of all, professional development of Turkmen doctors, introduction of the most advanced treatment modes and guaranteeing the whole range of specialized medical services to patients, continued the Turkmen leader.
Then the President of Turkmenistan considered the projects of apartment houses for specialists of law-enforcement agencies drafted in line with the plans for further development of the social infrastructure of the Turkmen capital.
The President of Turkmenistan also considered the project of a complex of buildings of the Border Institute. Commenting on the projects, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov provided specific proposals and recommendations on the architectural design and improvement of the complex and underlined the importance of supplying the most advanced training and methodological equipment to the new complex that was aimed at fulfilling the significant tasks, including training of highly-qualified specialists, who would replenish the border forces to block the way to any encroachments on the peaceful foundations of life of the Turkmen people.
The Turkmen leader paid particular attention to the issues regarding the engineering and technical characteristics as well as an architectural design of the buildings under construction.
