The Days of Korean Culture in Turkmenistan, including presentations of modern music and cinematography of the friendly people, their richest traditions and customs, have come to the end.

Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital watched full-length feature films that have been produced by Korean filmmakers in recent years.

On the last day of the creative action, a presentation and tasting of delicious dishes of traditional Korean cuisine took place at the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater.

The foyer of the theater was a venue for the presentation of collection of traditional hanbok costume, which is an integral part of Korean culture. Those who wished could put on any of the outfits they liked and take a photo for memory. It should be noted that, despite their many layers, these outfits are not so difficult to put on and there was no need for a special fitting room.

Then the evening was continued with a joint concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan conducted by Rasul Klychev, and the Korean “Gugak” Quartet.

The bright events held as part of the Days of Korean Culture in Turkmenistan contributed to the strengthening of trust and mutual understanding between our peoples.
