A concert of pop artists was held with great success at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. The concert program included film music and film songs that became hits for many generations of Turkmen people. For some of the listeners, certain songs will nostalgically resonate in the heart, returning them to the times of beautiful youth. But young people also listen with pleasure to the good performance of numbers that have become pop classics.
The song "Телли-Велли" from the film "Arshin Mal Alan" performed by People's Artists of Turkmenistan Murat Bayramgeldiyev and Gulnar Nuryeva literally enchanted the audience. A storm of applause was given by the listeners to Murata and Gulnar for the "Song of Love" from the film "The Cunning of Old Ashira". Not only the vocals of folk artists gave pleasure to the public, but also their artistry of performance.
As expected, none of the audience was left indifferent by the performance of the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Atageldy Garyagdyev. The golden baritone of Turkmenistan performed two songs from the repertoire of Muslim Magamaev - "Melody" and "Blue Eternity".
It is difficult to decide whether Sohbet Kasimov impressed the audience more - with a vocal or dance performance. Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Ahmet Atajanov performed to match him, presenting the main character from the movie "Disco Dancer" on stage. And the audience's favorite Dovran Shammyev performed incendiary with the song "I want to dance with someone."
The concert was also attended by Kakajan Haldurdyev, Ovezberdy Ovezberdyev, Selbi Annadurdiyeva, Leyli Mammadova and others. Simultaneously with pop singers, the Turkmen State Choir and Ovaz Orchestra performed.
The concert of pop artists of Turkmenistan on the stage of the Mukams Palace is held for the second time. The first, so to say experimental, concert was held in January. The fact that the success of the performance of pop artists is obvious is evidenced by the fact that the audience turned to the administration for information about the next concert of their favorite performers.
