On the stage of the ArtIst Theatre, the premiere of the performance based on the play by Evgeny Schwartz «The Snow Queen», based on the fairy tale of the same name by Hans Christian Andersen, was held with great success. Spectators always expect something original from the ArtIst Theatre, and meeting with the new premiere justified their expectations.

Director Tatyana Ovezmyradova and the guys from the Children's Theatre Studio presented the old classic fairy tale in a new vision. Kai lives with an influential person, where he is comfortable, but he is just a toy in someone else's life. Gerda sincerely loves Kai, and her main goal is to return the boy to real life. She goes out in search of him and finds herself in an unfamiliar world, which is a kaleidoscope of temptations, one of them is a fashion podium that provides easy money, but only while you are young and beautiful. It is surrounded by representatives of various subcultures, which are carried away by some of the youth in the world. These people differ in the way they dress and talk.

Gerda manages to find Kai and melt his cold heart. Through the friends she made in the subcultures too, Gerda and Kai return to normal life, where Grandma and roses are eagerly waiting for them.

Of course, this version of the vision of the fairy tale «The Snow Queen» is not available to kids, and they perceive it without subtext, as a classic fairy tale in which the brave and courageous girl Gerda, having overcome all difficulties, saved her friend Kai.

- More than 20 children participate in the play «The Snow Queen», - Tatyana Gennadiyevna comments on the production. - This is almost the entire staff of the Children's Theatre Studio. Children from the first sets to the studio can no longer live without a stage and feel at ease on it. But for beginners, the play «The Snow Queen» is the first appearance on the stage, so they settle in the stage space in the crowd.

In our studio, there are several guys with special needs: they also have roles. By the way, Jennet Mahtiyeva played the role of Grandmother perfectly. This is her third role in our theatre, and each time she performs more and more successfully. Stanislav Demidovskiy and Olya Krasheninnikova, who immaculately played the roles of Kai and Gerda, are our little stars. Newbies look up to them.

Many thanks to the mothers of the studio members - they sewed magnificent costumes for the artists, under the guidance of choreographer Tatyana Udovichenko, the children staged dances, and Sonya Ovezmyradova picked up the music for the design of the performance. And the children, in gratitude for everything, played their roles so sincerely that they moved the audience to tears.
