With a full house at the National Music and Drama Theatre named after Magtymguly hosted a concert by Takhir Ataev's orchestra with the sublime title "Ode to Women".

The musical group of Takhir Ataev has long been popular among Ashgabat music lovers and guests of the capital. And each successful performance adds to his number of permanent fans. The concert "Ode to Women" is another confirmation of this.

The concert program of the festive evening included music and songs dedicated to love, spring, and especially to our dear mothers, who support us in difficult times and inspire us to noble deeds.

The overture to the concert was the orchestra's performance of Alexei Chumakov's work "A Conversation with Mom". Soft, gentle, lyrical melodies conveyed the sounds of communication with the dearest person in the world, and this made my heart feel warm and cozy.

And as if in unison with the set mood, the song “If you are near, mom” from Alsou's repertoire sounded. It was performed by Selbi Annadurdyeva.

The saxophone “suffered” languidly and piercingly about love when Shirkhan Batyrov performed V. Houston’s “I will always love you”.

Soloists Bogdan Smolin, Mansur Sharipov, Begench Moshiev shone with their vocal abilities. Takhir Ataev introduced Bechench Moshiev as a rising star. And he really conquered the audience with a magnificent performance of the hit from Philip Kirkorov's repertoire "My Only One". The audience called Begench for an encore several times.

The concert ended with a surprise: 12 boys and girls took the stage - these are the children of the orchestra musicians. “Of course, they are not professional singers,” Takhir Atayev said introducing them to the audience, “but they sing sincerely, from the bottom of their hearts.” And the children sang the song "Mom is the first word" from the movie "The Wolf and the Seven Kids". They sang as if in front of them were not numerous listeners, but their kind and affectionate mothers.
