Melodies and songs from the last century, scattered around the world from England and became hits in many countries of our planet, sounded sentimental and romantic on the stage of the National Music and Drama Theatre named after Magtymguly. They were voiced by the musicians of Tahyr Atayev's orchestra and soloists Dovran Shammyyev, Mansur Sharipov, Bogdan Smolin and Lachyn Rozyyeva. By the way, Lachyn first appeared on stage as a singer. She is a 3rd year student of the conservatory, and not of the vocal faculty, but of the special piano faculty. Vocal is her hobby.
For the duration of the concert, the guys became a little like the English - a little prim, a little reserved, but no less talented. And only Dovran Shammyyev did not fit into this framework.
The audience very cordially accepted the performances of the guys, giving them flowers and applause.
The soundtrack from the film «Agent 007», songs from the repertoire of Robbie Williams, Coldplay «Viva la vida» and other works by English composers were performed in the hall.
The concert ended with Dovran Shammyyev's performance of John Newman's song «Love again». He put so many feelings into his performance that, at the request of the public, he had to perform the song for an encore!
