The young musical group "Camerata Ashgabat" is celebrating its first anniversary. Despite the fact that the ensemble was formed only a year ago, it has its own loyal listeners and fans who look forward to every meeting with their favorite performers.

The ensemble's repertoire was based on masterpieces of world classics and works by Turkmen composers. In addition, the musicians presented premiere screenings of works by national authors.

The artistic director of the "Kamerata" is a talented musician, the winner of the competition held in the framework of the Moscow International Festival "Sounds of Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov, as well as the state competition "Golden Age of Turkmenistan", a teacher of the department "String Instruments" of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kuliyeva Bakhram Doliyev.

In the upcoming holiday concerts, the best works performed last season will be presented - the waltz "Congratulations" by R. Nepesov and the string quartet No. 2 "Polyphonic" by M. Huseynov.

The highlight of the concert will be Ch.Nurymov's Second Quartet (created in 1985) - a work of deeply philosophical, tragic content.

As you know, the quartet is dedicated to the memory of Indira Gandhi. Among the performers who will take part in the first anniversary concert are Bahram Dolyev (first violin), Aylar Botayarova (second violin), Tahir Ataev (viola), Kakageldy Khojalekov (cello).

Other musicians previously well known to the local public will also take part in the concert.

The concert will take place on July 2 at the Vatan Cinema and Concert Hall.
