In the Great Hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after. M. Kuliyeva held a solo concert of the famous dramatic tenor Begench Moshshiyev.

This concert opened the Sas music festival of the conservatory, in which young teachers took part.

Admirers of the rare talent of the singer, who is well known and loved in our country, gathered in the hall of the university. At the piano is accompanist Stella Faramazova.

The concert began with the work of Rejep Rejepov «Ýalňyz ýoda». In general, Begench Moshshiyev’s repertoire includes Russian romances by such composers as Mikhail Glinka and Pyotr Tchaikovsky - «Tell me why», «It burns in the blood», «I would like in a single word».

Begench Moshshiyev performs Russian folk songs superbly, and «Kalinka» is his signature number. In the same way, he flawlessly performs arias from operas by Italian composers.

Listeners also received great pleasure from his performances of works by Ernesto de Curtis and Giacomo Puccini.

With no less success, the singer performed Aman’s aria from the opera «Guncha» by composer Durdy Nuryyev and the aria from Uzeyir Hajibeyov’s opera «Arshin Mal Alan».

During the break, violinist Bahram Dolyyev, accompanied by Stella Faramazova, performed «The Magic Garden» by Lovland and «Reflections» by Massenet.

Begench Moshshiyev concluded the concert with an optimistic piece by Veli Muhatov, «Holiday Song».

The concert was held at a high level, giving the audience a lot of positive impressions.
