An exhibition of works by Turkmen artists dedicated to the Day of Medical Workers has been launched in the exposition hall of the State Museum of Fine Arts.

There are professions that people treat with the greatest respect. One of these is the profession of a doctor. They are also called "people in white coats". We are used to and sometimes do not notice how the doctorы come to our aid at any moment, how they protect our health from all kinds of dangers. Being born into the world, we fall into the strong hands of doctors, and since then we do not do without their help and advice.

Artists express their gratitude in canvases depicting medical workers. The museum’s storerooms contain paintings of different years, praising professionals in white coats. Some of works are devoted to specific doctors.

Among them are "Academician Smirnov" by Toymammed Esenmammedov, "Doctor Sachly Dursunov" by Aman Amangeldiyev, "Doctor Klych Shakhaliev" by Niyazmurad Dovodov, "Doctor Mukhammetgeldyev" by Saparmammed Meredov.

And the paintings of Yevgeniya Abramova, Yakub Annanurov, Ivan Myagkov, Chary Amangeldyev convey a collective image of a doctor during the performance of his professional duties.

There are a lot of floral works at the exhibition, and this is understandable: bouquets of flowers from grateful patients accompany medical workers throughout their hectic activities.
