President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree “On the Pardon to Convicted Persons in Honour of the Day of Revival, Unity and Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi”.

This decision was adopted following the principles of mercy, humaneness, justice and humanism with the view of strengthening further unity and solidarity of the Turkmen society, every family. In accordance with Decree pardoned persons are to be relieved from the main as well as additional punishment such as the liability to reside in a certain locality.
