An official reception in honour of the remarkable date – the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, and the Day of Revival, Unity and Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi was given at the Mizan Business Center in Ashgabat on behalf of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
