On March 12, 2024, in the concert hall named after A.Babajanyan, an anniversary concert of classical and folk music and singing of artists and cultural figures of Turkmenistan was held, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi.

The concert was attended by representatives of foreign diplomatic missions accredited in Armenia, employees of international organizations, and scientific intelligentsia.

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia M.Ayazov and the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia A.Martirosyan delivered a welcoming speech at the opening of the concert.

As part of the concert, masters of art and culture of Turkmenistan performed on stage. Thus, the string quartet “Ashgabat Camerata”, as well as famous vocalists B.Moshiev and M.Orazberdieva, performed works written to the poems of Magtymguly Fragi, Gurbannazar Ezizov, Keyik Artykova, to the music of famous composers Nury Halmammedov, Veli Mukhatov, Hydyr Allanurov, Aman Agadzhikov, Komitas, Arno Babajanyan.
