TSU named after Magtymguly announced the results of subject Olympiads among high school students

Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly announced the winners of the Olympiads in the history of Turkmenistan, Turkmen language and literature conducted by the university among senior secondary school students across the country.

Won first place in the Olympiad on the history of Turkmenistan Selbi Shohradova, 10th grade student of secondary school No. 18 Turkmenabat city, Lebap velayat, Khydyr Altyev, student 11 class of the 2nd Specialized Military School named after Alps Arslan of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, Dashoguz and Cheper Annanazarova, 11th grader at secondary school No. 35 in Tejen etrap of Ahal velayat.

Another 16 schoolchildren were awarded second and third places in this Olympiad.

The best experts in the Turkmen language and literature and the winners in the second competition were Byagul Mametnazarova, 10th grade student of secondary school No. 86 of Akdepe etrap Dashoguz velayat, Byagul Bekgylyjova, 11th grade student specialized secondary school No. 43 with advanced studying the exact and natural sciences of Shatlyk Mary velayat and Gulshat Garyagdagieva, 11th grade high school student No. 7 Turkmenbashi city, Balkan velayat.

Similarly, 16 winners were determined based on the results of this intellectual competition.

Actively performed at the Olympiads and demonstrated their knowledge of subjects, students of 10-11th grades of secondary general education and specialized schools of Turkmen capital, the city of Arkadag and all velayats of the country.


Olympics dedicated to the 2024 motto “The Fount of Reason” Magtymguly Fragi" and the 300th anniversary of his birth the greatest Turkmen poet, are called upon to strengthen and expand knowledge of schoolchildren about native history, language, literature, promote students' interest in learning these items.

The main goals of the competitions also include promoting the development and improving speech and writing skills, education talented, capable, creatively gifted youth, career guidance for schoolchildren and strengthening interaction between higher education institutions educational institutions and secondary schools in the country.
