The results of the Open International Internet Olympiad on the subject "International Financial Reporting Standards" held by the university among students of higher educational institutions have been summed up at the Turkmen State Institute of Finance Turkmenistan and foreign countries.
According to the results of the competition, 50 participants received prizes. The first places were won by 12 students. Among them are students of the Tajik State University of Commerce - Alexey Bebekin, Saidkosimkhon Usmonov, Eraj Jonmamadov, Izattulo Abdulloev, Karaganda University Kazpotrebsoyuz – Evgenia Pospolitak, Temirlan Syzdykov, Tomiris Damesheva, Akerke Amanzholova, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics – Daria Pribylova and Kira Prodanova. Two more winners represented domestic universities. This is Eziz Myradov, a student of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and Yakut Soltanmyradov, a student of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. 16 second and 22 third prizes were awarded to students of universities of Turkmenistan and abroad. Among the foreign participants 10 silver and 9 bronze medalists were determined. Among them are students of the above-mentioned foreign universities, as well as Bukhara State University, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, M.Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics, Navoi State Mining and Technological University, Gomel State University named after F.Skaryna, the Nukus Innovation Institute.
The winners of 6 second and 13 third places from Turkmenistan were students of the above-mentioned Turkmen universities, as well as the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications,
University of Engineering and Technology named after Oguz Khan, The International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayeva, the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics, the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, the Border Institute and the State Energy Institute. In total, more than 100 students from 26 countries took part in the Olympiad universities in 6 countries, including Turkmenistan, Russia, and Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Belarus.
The Olympiad was held in the form of individual competitions, in which participants were offered 10 tasks and 2 hours to solve them. The winners of the Olympiad were determined based on the results of the points scored.
The jury of the intellectual review included representatives of universities and scientific and educational institutions of Turkmenistan and foreign countries.
The Olympiad was held in order to identify talented and capable youth, create positive conditions for their intellectual development to develop and deepen students' theoretical knowledge in various fields of economics and improve their practical skills, as well as strengthen international cooperation in the field of higher professional education.
