President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Sergey Lebedev, Chairman of the Executive Committee – Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States, who arrived in the Turkmen capital to take part in the meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of Government.
