Today, the "smart" city of Arkadag hosted the sixth Viennese Ball, a wonderful celebration that added vibrant colors to the rich palette of cultural life in our country. The honorary guest of the ball was the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, honorary elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

This current creative event, continuing active contacts between friendly states in the humanitarian sphere, confirms the interest of both nations in each other's spiritual lives and their desire to establish closer contacts and connections. Moreover, its organization is a result of the policy of openness, good-neighborliness, and broad international cooperation pursued by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, which has received recognition and support from the global community.

The practice of Turkmen-Austrian creative interaction includes the Days of Turkmenistan Culture in the Republic of Austria, Vienna Culture Days in Ashgabat, performances by Turkmen artists in Vienna and Austrian artists in Ashgabat, participation of Austrian soloists in international festivals held in our country, and more.

A symbol of fruitful bilateral partnership in this area is also the joint symphony orchestra "Galkynyş," created with support and under the patronage of Hero-Arkadag. Undoubtedly, one of the most striking projects includes the Viennese Balls in Turkmenistan.

The Viennese Ball is a hallmark of Austria's capital, which over its nearly two-hundred-year history has not only retained its popularity but has also expanded beyond Austria and even Europe, becoming a regularly held cultural event in many countries worldwide.

It should be noted that this creative event, traditionally held in Ashgabat, has been conducted for the second year in Arkadag city at the square near the "Arkadag" Monument. The construction of this unique city, which has been granted a special legal status as a city of state significance by law, is a concrete result of grand transformations launched by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and now consistently continued under Arkadagly Serdar's leadership. The originality of creating Arkadag city also lies in its location in one of the oldest corners of Turkmen land, where our ancestors' glorious history originates.
