President of Turkmenistan received the members of the Chinese delegation, who arrived in the Turkmen capital led by the Commanding General of People's Liberation Army General Staff Department Mr. Chen Bingde.

Based on the purely defensive character of the Military Doctrine of our neutral state and in the context of modernization of the material and technical basis of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, the prospects for cooperation in the sphere of professional development of military servants and exchange of experience of specialists of military and law enforcement agencies were discussed during the meeting.

Reaffirming the adherence of the Turkmen state to the fruitful cooperation with all interested parties, including the People’s Republic of China, the Turkmen leader noted that neutral Turkmenistan would continue providing maximum assistance to the processes of sustainable regional and global development, creation of efficient models and mechanisms of the international partnership in the name of general well-being.

In conclusion of the meeting, the guests thanked President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for an opportunity of a personal meeting and expressed belief that the relations between the two friendly countries would successfully develop further filling with new content.
