Involving youth in a healthy and sporty lifestyle, National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan organized a friendly match for representatives of the media sphere of our country. Journalists, photographers and authors of popular blogs will compete for the title of the most accurate archer.

The tournament, which will take place on November 16, is aimed at popularizing archery among young people, encouraging the younger generation to engage in one of the most ancient sports. As is known, the skill of Turkmen archers has a long and rich history that goes back to the cultural traditions of our people.

The National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan regularly takes part in various competitions, where archers demonstrate impressive results. In addition, a short film “Mergenlik mekdebi” was made about archery athletes, which tells about the development of the turkmen school of archery, through the prism of the fate of a beginning athlete.

Inspired by the examples of outstanding archers, young athletes find in this sport both a passion and a path to self-improvement, development of physical and moral fortitude. For media representatives, the upcoming tournament will be an excellent opportunity to show that sport is not only competitions, but also great friendship and team spirit.
