President of Turkmenistan gave the congratulatory address to scientific community and participants of the International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Science, Technology and Innovative Technologies in the Epoch of Power and Happiness”.
Congratulating forum participants on the Science Day and opening the International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Science, Technology and Innovative Technologies in the Epoch of Power and Happiness”, the Turkmen leader expressed belief that the international exhibition and scientific conference as well as demonstration of the key landmarks in developing the Turkmen science would significantly contribute to exchanging experience, enhancing and widening the international cooperation part in the sphere of science, technology and innovative technologies as a driving force of the global progress.
“The fact that our country ranks among highly developed countries, occupies a worthy place in the modern world community depends on training highly-qualified specialists”, said the President of Turkmenistan in his address. “The most favourable conditions are created in the institutions of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, higher educational institutions of the country, sectoral scientific departments, scientific and industrial, scientific and technological centers, design institutes so that our scientists could carry out efficient scientific and research work in natural, technical and humanitarian sciences”.
At present, particular attention is paid in Turkmenistan to application of advanced practices and latest technologies in the production processes. The Turkmen scientists’ successful developments of scientific basis of careful preservation of natural resources for future generations and their efficient use, adaptation of high-yield agricultural crops to local soil, water, and climatic conditions, improvement of breeding work and crop rotation, development of technologies of construction materials production from Karakum desert sand and other types of local raw materials, use of fundamentally new methods of urban planning and architecture, production of medical agents from healing plants growing in Turkmenistan, minerals and other natural components, execution of restoration works, restoration and preservation of unique archeological and historical monuments, popularization of spiritual values of our people all over the world, its culture and art as a national heritage vividly testify to the innovative character of developing the national science.
“We are proud of these results of the inspired, creative and fruitful work of scientists in the epoch of power and happiness, the successes that prove the comprehensive improvement of the scientific sphere of the country”, emphasized the President of Turkmenistan. “We will continue carrying out the reforms aimed at improving and increasing the scientific potential of the country”, underlined President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in his Address.
