The postal company «Türkmenpoçta» has developed and implemented a multifunctional mobile application «ÇAPAR», with the help of which one can remotely pay for certain types of services, as well as call a courier.

The ÇAPAR application is available for download in Google play and the App Store. In the section «Payments» (Tolegler), the client can pay traffic police fines, home Internet from «AGTS» and «Turkmentelekom», IP-TV, landline phone, and top up the balance of the mobile operator «Altyn Asyr».

Over time, it will be possible to make other payments for services through the ÇAPAR application. For example, it is planned to add payment for cable TV. Payment will be made from a bank card with a mobile phone number linked to it. In addition, the «ÇAPAR» application contains data (address, phone number) of post offices in Ashgabat, as well as in the administrative centers of velayats and other settlements.

The «Courier» function will allow you to call a courier to your home to issue and send a parcel or a parcel, both within your city, and to other settlements of Turkmenistan, without visiting the post office. This feature is already very popular with online retailers organizing delivery throughout Turkmenistan.
