President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the region and Ashgabat. Priorities of social and economic development of the regions and capital of the country have been reviewed at the session.
First, the President call Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev, who is in charge of Ashgabat, and Head of the capital’s administration Ya. Gylyjov.
The head of the municipality has reported on the situation in the capital, measures for acceleration of work rates at the construction facilities planned to be opened on occasion of the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat and 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, arrangement of coordinated work of relative services providing development and maintenance of proper conditions in the main city of the country as well as on preparation to remarkable dates.
Having focused on importance of comprehensive preparation to the events timed to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat and 30th anniversary of the country’s independence, the head of the state requested to hold the work in this direction under permanent control.
Further, vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev has reported on the rates of construction expanded in the country, in particular the facilities, which are planned to be opened on occasion of remarkable dates observed this year.
Summing up the report, the head of the state has noted huge social and political importance of the events coming this year, especially the 140th anniversary of the capital and 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s independence. Following this, opening of new facilities according to the set schedule and requirements is an important objective.
The President of Turkmenistan has asked about the projects of further development of Ashgabat including the progress of planned works for construction of Tashkent Park in the capital.
The vice-premier has reported that works for development of projects have been carried out for construction of the park, several tenders have been exercised. At present time, preparation of the final tender, during which once company will be selected, is carried out.
Having listened to the report, the President has noted that solution of objectives followed from integrated urban construction program require innovative and thoughtful approach. Speaking of the importance of construction of new facilities, the head of the state focused that elements of originality of two nations have to be reflected it is necessary to pay attention to reflection of the elements of national originality of two nations during the construction of the park.
While building similar facilities, it is necessary not to miss any detail including the purpose of the facilities, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted focusing that the capital’s administration have to the custodian of the project.
The head of the state noted that completion of this project would another milestone in strengthening of relations between Turkmen and Uzbek people, which would give new dynamics to the partnership in various spheres.
In addition, Tashkent Park, which will be built in Ashgabat, will become as symbol of triumph of the policy of positive neutrality and peace-loving, which is successfully pursued by our country, as well as an embodiment of its transparency, the President said.
Working video conference session was continued with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev and governors of the regions.
Head Ahal Region Ya. Gurbanov has reported on the situation in the region and current agricultural works. The head of regional administration has also informed about the measures for solution of water supply of agricultural fields.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the necessity of intensive vegetative irrigation and mineral fertilization of the fields under wheat in the region as well as ordered to put maximum efforts for completion of the cotton sowing and care of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
Separate instructions were related to support of permanent control of the course of construction of social and production facilities.
In his turn, head of Balkan Region T. Atahalliyev has reported on the situation in the region.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the necessity to accelerate the rates of works for vegetative irrigation and mineral fertilization of wheat fields. The head of the state has also instructed to complete the cotton sowing according to set timeline and to pays special attention to care of potato, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
The head of the region was addressed with instructions regarding implementation of the Program of social and economic development of the country until 2025 and National rural program.
The head of the state has also requested to hold under strict control the construction of social and production facilities.
Video conference working session was continued with report of the governor of Dashoguz region N. Nazarmyradov.
After listening to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that it is necessary to accelerate the rates of vegetative irrigation and mineral fertilization of the fields under wheat in the region for good production of wheat and effective solution of issues of food provision.
Focusing on qualitative completion of the cotton sowing, the head of the state highlighted the necessity to accelerate the rates of works as well as gave instructions on care of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
The head of the state has requested to hold under strict control the issues related to timely completion of construction of various facilities by the 30th anniversary of the country.
Further, head of Lebap Region Sh. Amangeldiyev has reported on the situation in the region, care of the fields under wheat, preparation to the rice sowing and solution of the issues of water supply of agricultural fields.
It was also informed about the measures for improvement of social sphere of the region, acceleration of construction rates of different facilities.
In addition, the governor has reported on preparation to the Week of Culture planned to be held in Lebap Region and on relative program of events.
Having listened to the report, the head of the state requested to provide high quality of agricultural activities and ordered to hold the construction of social and production facilities under control.
Focusing on the matters related the Week of Culture and highlighted its big importance in life of the country, the head of the state addressed the governor with number of relative instructions.
Working video conference session was continued with the report of head of Mary Region D. Annaberdiyev.
Having listened to the report, the head of the state focused on timely completion of works according to agricultural standards related to the cotton sowing and care of wheat. Agricultural equipment has to work without any interruptions at the fields, the President highlighted.
At the same time, it is necessary to hold the provision of generous production of potato, vegetables and cucurbitaceous crops under control. The head of the state has given number of instructions related to timely commissioning of social, cultural and production facilities.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev has reported on seasonal agricultural works including the measures for acceleration of rates of the cotton sowing, provision of care of vegetation and provision of agricultural fields with water in required volumes.
Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted that agricultural complex is an important component of national economy, in which regard the necessity of strict control of the issues related to improvement of the work efficiency and their timely and qualitative solution has been highlighted.
