In the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who is in charge of agricultural complex, governor of Mary Region and districts of this region. The agenda included the completion of seasonal agricultural works, in particular, the grain harvest.
First, the head of the state gave floor to Vice-premier E. Orazgeldiyev who reported on the harvesting and practical measures undertaken for organized collection of produced yield in designated period without any loss.
Information about the ploughing of the fields released after the harvesting, sowing of intermediary crops like beans, mung beans, sesame, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops adapted to soil and climate conditions as well as winter sugar beet in Balkan and Mary Regions and rice in Lebap Region has been presented.
Further, Governor of Mary Region D. Annaberdiyev has reported that necessary work is carried out on collection of rich yield produced this year on 170,000 hectares for successful fulfilment of objectives given to agricultural sphere.
As of today, 320,766 tons of grain have been delivered to the bins of the Motherland; the plan is executed by 92.98 percent.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave floor to the heads of the districts of Mary Region.
Head of Mary district S. Gylyjov was the first to speak. Reporting on the rates of harvesting of grain produced in the year of celebration of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, the official informed that generous yield has been produced on 18,800 hectares using highly productive equipment, which is regularly supplied owing to support of the leader of the nation.
At present time, 33,184 tons of grain, which makes 89.2 percent of the plan, have been collected.
57 grain harvesters and 285 trucks for transportation of wheat to reception facilities are used in the fields.
Further, the head of the state gave floor to head of Karakum district B. Balliyev who reported on collection of harvest produced by farmers on 20,800 hectares, which is aimed at solution of objectives for provision of food abundance in the country specified by the leader of the nation.
As of today, 38,948 tons of grain has been collected in the district, the plan has been performed by 89.33 percent.
Proper work is carried out to ensure full operation of 61 grain harvesters and 305 units of vehicles involved in the campaign as well as all day around delivery of the wheat to reception facility.
Head of Murgab district A. Agamyradov has reported on work for collection of good yield of wheat produced this year owing to support of the leader of the nation on 20,900 hectares.
Owing to integrated government support, 36,760 tons of grain has been harvested as of today and the plan has been performed by 89.22 percent.
Necessary measures are taken for optimization of work of 63 harvesters and 310 trucks in order to collect all produced wheat from the fields as soon as possible without loss. Offloading of wheat is carried out at the reception facilities without interruption.
In his turn, reporting on the harvest campaign, head of Oguzkhan district B. Ovezov has informed that generous yield of winter crops has been produced on 17,350 hectares this year due to powerful equipment procured in the result of support of the leader of the nation.
As of today, 29,446 tons of grain have been harvested and the plan has been executed by 95.73 percent. 43 harvesters and 230 vehicles, for provision of coordinated operation of which all necessary measures are taken, are used for fulfilment of contractual obligations to the state.
Further, head of Sakarchaga district T. Kakajanov has reported on the mowing of winter crops on 21,350 hectares.
Video conference session was continued with report of head of Vekilbazar district G. Amanov who reported on the course of important agricultural campaign. Rich harvest has been produced in this place at 17,900 hectares sown with winter crops this year.
Efficiently using highly productive equipment, which is bought owing to support of the head of the state, 31,515 tons of grain have been collected by this time. Therefore, the plan has been fulfilled by 89.28 percent. 54 harvesters and 275 vehicles are used for collection of the harvest without loss. All reception facilities work all day around.
Further, head of Yoloten district M. Goshayev has made a report. It was reported that grain producers have received generous yield of 25,213 tons from 12,000 hectares of land sown with winter crops. The plan has been fulfilled accordingly by 100.05 percent.
34 harvesters and 170 vehicles are used in the campaign. Collected production is delivered to reception facilities non-stop.
Having listened to the report and praised hard-working grain producers of Yoloten district, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to take proper measures and collect the yield to the last grain.
In his turn, head of Turkmenkala district M. Sariyev has reported that grain producers continue working hard on full collection of the harvest produced on 14,800 hectares for successful solution of objectives on strengthening of food abundance in the country.
Further, head of Tagtabazar district B. Gokchayev has made a speech in good news at video conference session. It was informed that grain producers of the district have exceeded contractual obligations on production of grain.
The governor reported that following objectives given by the President of the country for development of agricultural complex, the farmers continue doing all necessary things for collection of harvest produced on 7,500 hectares as soon as possible and without any loss.
Head of Bayramaly district A. Yagmurov has reported on undergoing mowing campaign. Generous yield of grain has been produced on 18,600 hectares this year.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a conversation with Yagmyrgeldy Oratdayev, the grain producer, tenant of «Täze ýol» Farming Association of Bayramaly district, Mary Region.
The leader of the nation asked the farmer about his business and life of rural people as well as about condition of the grain yield produced this year.
The leader of the nation has asked Ya. Oratdayev about howl long he was a tenant, how many hectares of land he leases, what harvest he plans to produce as well as how is the situation with provision of fertilizers, water and other resources for cultivation of grain crops.
Having said that he works in agricultural sphere for 37 years cultivating cotton, grain and other agricultural crop, the farmer said with pride that he has 20 hectares of leased land, which he sewed with Yoloten 3 wheat and plans to collect 3,000 kilogram from hectare, which would make 60 tons in average.
Answering the question of the leader of the nation about settlement of the payments for delivered wheat and what income the farmer expects to receive this year, the farmer said that all payments for delivered grain are made in timely manner. This year, he expects to receive 1,545 manats from each hectare in average and around 31,000 manats in total from 20 hectares.
During the conversation, Ya. Oratdayev has also said that in addition to work at leased land, he cultivates vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops and breeds animals on his land. His younger son is also a tenant in farming association and cultivates cotton on 2 hectares.
Ya. Oratdayev has assured the President that he would work on making young generation aware of wise advices and recommendation of the head of the state, on encouraging them to work in agricultural sphere based on his own example.
After the conversation, the farmer expressed his love to generous native land and motherland as well as cordial gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for comprehensive care of happiness of people and prosperity of Turkmenistan.

Further, the leader of the nation addressed the participants of the session giving number of instructions.
Addressing governor of Mary Region D. Annaberdiyev and heads of the districts of the region, the head of the state wished them success in works carried out in this hot season, which are very important for provision of food security of the country.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that committed farmers would deservingly fulfil their contractual obligations and delver high yield pf grain to the bins of the Motherland.
