Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held an online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in which priority issues of state life were discussed and drafts of some documents were also considered.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh G.Mammedova informed on the activity directed to modernization of legislative and legal base of the country.

The new laws promoting the further social and economic development of the country are developed, operating legal acts in which, according to realities of time andwith the account of national and world experience, respective changes and additions are made, are analysed.

As the leader of the nation noted, to people's choices a special role in formation of public consciousness, consolidation in society of high spiritual and moral ideals, including national customs, family values, traditions of education of the growing generation is given.

Further Deputy Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Milli Gengesh K.Babaev informed on the work carried out in the sphere.

According to tasks on legal support to the realised state programs, to strengthening of legal base of the country, members of the Khalk Maslakhaty on the basis of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the standard principles of international law hold due work on improvement of national legislation.

As was informed, work on reception of credit funds in the volume of 20 million US dollars under the World Bank «COVID-19 Counteraction Project» is carried out.

In this connection for consideration of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposals on the Credit agreement conclusion between the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the World Bank Group , «Agreement on granting results» between the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and the UN Development Program and also the draft of the Resolution «On reception of the credit for the public health services system of Turkmenistan under the project «COVID-19 counteraction» were presented.

In recent years within frameworks of interaction with the International Monetary Fund, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank were considerably expanded.

The funds received from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the World Bank Group, should be directed to diagnostics and preventive maintenance of coronavirus infection, in particular, purchase of necessary means, medical products and medical equipment, including reactants and syringes for injections, the leader of the nation noted, thereupon having charged the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to prepare corresponding proposals.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov reported on the work carried out to produce new types of oil products at Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex.

For consideration of the President of the country the draft of the Resolution providing the conclusion of the contract on designing and building of the third berth at the Kenar enterprise for storage and shipment of oil products of Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex was presented. The given object is planned to construct and completely to put in operation within 30 months.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov assigned the Deputy Chairman concrete instructions on realisation of «Programs of development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan till 2030».

Having signed the Resolution «On designing and building of the berth at the Kenar enterprise for storage and shipment of oil products of Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex», the President of Turkmenistan gave its Deputy Chairman instruction to provide observance of all ecological requirements at erection of the given object.

Having signed the Resolution «On completion of construction of gas wells at the gas deposit« Galkynysh», President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov assigned its Deputy Chairman a number of concrete commissions.

In turn Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiev reported on the work conducted in regions of the country to prepare for the sowing grain, including the fields and the seeds necessary for the start of wheat crop of the next year.

For consideration of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the draft of the Resolution on production of a rich harvest of wheat for 2022 was presented.

As President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined, thanks to radical reforms carried out in the agro-industrial complex and also to comprehensive support of small and medium size business considerable successes were reached in the country in maintenance of food abundance that acts as an integral factor of wellbeing of people.

Having underlined importance of further comprehensive support of farmers, the head of the state instructed corresponding heads.

Having signed the Resolution «On production in Turkmenistan of a rich crop of wheat in 2022», President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave its Deputy Chairman concrete commissions.

To the following floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Purchekov who reported on preparation for commissioning of the gas turbine power station with a capacity 432 MWt in Charjev district of Lebap region.

The report on the work carried out to deliver power energy to the Kirghiz Republic was also sounded.

Further Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan M.Chakyev reported on the work held for effective realisation of potential available in the given sphere.

For consideration of the head of the state the draft of the Resolution on definition of tariffs for air tickets for domestic flights for this airport, developed together with profile departments on the basis of corresponding standard-legal documents was presented.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Gylyjov reported on the work given at the instructions of the leader of the nation to transform some enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry into joint-stock companies.

The Deputy Chairman reported that now in structure of the given Ministry is 60 enterprises, 16 of which function as joint-stock companies (joint-stock company).

It was informed that with a view of modernisation of manufacture and expansion of assortment of let out production Mary cotton-mill is planned to transform into joint-stock company of open type with a share of the Ministry of Textile Industry and Turkmengala cotton spinning factory.

Also with a share of the Ministry of Textile Industry and «Altyn asyr» shopping centre it is provided to privatise the foreign trade enterprise "Turkmendokma" and to transform it into joint-stock company of open type.

Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova reported on preparation of cultural events on the occasion of the 30tgh anniversary of sacred independence of Turkmenistan and commissioning of social objects.

The awarding ceremony of winners of competition of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry», the final stage of TV competition among amateur young singers «Ýaňlan, Diýarym! », a concert of works of Turkmen and foreign composers will be held.

Further deputy Chairman of the Cabinet M.Geldiniyazov reported on the work held on perfection of educational sphere and preparation of young experts.

Having listened to the report, the head of the state underlined the exclusive importance given to education of highly qualified, erudite younger Turkmen generation of modern views.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov reported on the activity of supervised structures, and also about undertaken practical steps on perfection of teaching and educational and methodical work in higher educational institutions of military men and law enforcement bodies.

Especially having noted importance of acceleration of realisation of military reform, first of all in the field of modernisation of system of preparation of professional personnel for military and law enforcement bodies, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave the Deputy Chairman, Secretary of the State Security Council concrete commissions.

Then, addressing members of the Cabinet, the head of the state focused attention to Gurban Bayramy which starts on July 20 in our country. In this connection the leader of the nation signed the corresponding Decree according to which this sacred holiday will be marked three days - from July 20 to July 22.

With a view of its celebration at high level President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov charged to all heads and especially law enforcement bodies, to organise additional duties during the given period.

Summing up the meeting, the head of Turkmenistan noted that many issues today have been considered; a number of the documents directed to development of branches were accepted.

Concluding the virtual meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the leader of the nation wished all its participants sound health, family well-being and successes in their work for the sake of further prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland.
