On July, 17 President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in which several issues, connected with forthcoming work and foreign policy activity in the second half of the year of the current year and also preparation for the celebrations planned in honour of the 30th anniversary of independence of the country, were considered.

The meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan will become one of the main events of festive days.

Leaders of several countries, famous politicians and scientists will be invited to the events connected with the celebration of the next anniversary of permanent neutrality.

Thus, till the end of the year in Turkmenistan a number of the events connected both with internal and with foreign policy are planned, the leader of the nation noted.

Having announced the agenda of the meeting of the Government, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave the floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov.

The Deputy Chairman, the head of foreign policy department reported on the participation of the delegation of Turkmenistan in the High-level international conference «Central and South Asia: regional connectivity. Challenges and possibilities», which took place in Tashkent. He also reported on the work carried out on the threshold of the forum at the initiative of the Turkmen side to meet Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Central Asian countries in which course key issues of cooperation between the regional countries in various directions were discussed.

Then the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet S.Berdimuhamedov who reported on the work on improvement of activity of structures of economic, financial and bank sectors, and also on the realisation course of the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for social and economic development of the country for 2019 - 2025».

Then Chairwoman of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh G.Mammedova informed on preparation for the forum – Dialogue of women of Central Asia countries which is at the initiative of the President of Turkmenistan is planned for August 6 in Avaza national tourist zone.

The meeting expects to host representatives of foreign countries, and also heads of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA).

Director General of Transport and Communications Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the actions planned on the side-lines of the Consultative meeting of the heads of states of Central Asia to be held in Avaza national tourist zone on August 6 and the practical steps undertaken for the purpose of their high level organization.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Gylyjov reported on preparation of forthcoming international actions, and also realised measures on organization of exhibitions within the limits of these representative forums at high level.

Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova reported on the program of cultural actions planned on the side-lines of international actions to take place in Avaza national tourist zone on August 6.

Then khyakim of Balkan region T.Atakhallyev reported on preparation for the international events to take place in Avaza national tourist zone.

Then, addressing participants of the expanded meeting, the leader of the nation pointed out that in our independent neutral Fatherland now all-round preparation for celebration of significant dates is carried out. This year which meets the 30th anniversary of sacred independence, a number of objects were put in operation and erection of numerous new buildings which will become a remarkable celebratory gift to our Native land and its people will be finished.

It is necessary to hold all envisages measures in the program of the forum together with the corresponding ministries and departments of the country and to provide their high level, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.

Addressing Deputy Chairman S.Berdimuhamedov who supervises Balkan region, the leader of the nation assigned him to prepare proposals on the organised conduction of forthcoming events together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to develop the plan of the Economic forum.

Having placed special emphasis on issues of ensuring the high-speed Internet and international telecommunication system for the participants of forums, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov commissioned them to take necessary measures.

The leader of the nation also gave concrete instructions on the high level organisation of the Exhibition of products of Central Asian countries in the territory of Turkmenbashi international seaport.

As the head of the state underlined, at the airports and at check-points it is necessary for representatives of public health services to create points for carrying out PCR tests (polymerase chain reaction) and to organise in certain places round-the-clock medical duty.

Besides, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted importance of maintenance of the law and order and maintenance of fire safety during the international forums, having given corresponding heads a number of concrete commissions.

During the extended meeting the head of the state signed the Resolution on establishment of the Organizing committee to hold forthcoming actions at high level.

- All it strengthens the position and role of Turkmenistan - the country celebrating the 30th anniversary of sacred independence in the year, which passes under the motto «Turkmenistan is the Motherland of Peace and Trust», - in the Central Asian region, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated.

Thereupon the head of the state marked that Avaza national tourist zone which will become a venue of historically significant international actions, should correspond to the high status completely.

Summing up the extended meeting of the Cabinet in which important decisions were  considered and made, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished all its participants sound health, family well-being, and also successes in their activity for the benefit of our  people and prosperity of our country.
