The legislative base of the education system is the key to the successful development of the younger generation

With the development of the state, its legislative framework is being improved. In this regard, a lot of work is being done by legal experts, including employees of the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan.

Last year and at the beginning of this year, which is held under the motto "The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi", many regulatory acts, proposals and legislative initiatives aimed at further improvement of the education system have been and are under consideration and adoption. The existing laws already have a comprehensive and consistent character. All of them fulfill the basic functions of ensuring and protecting the constitutional right of citizens to education and creating legal guarantees for the continuous functioning and development of the education system.

The education system is being improved in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Education, which came into force in June 2021. In accordance with its requirements, digital methods of work and training are being actively implemented in the education system today. Science and education are the fundamental basis for success and progress.

Currently, the multimedia equipment in schools under construction indicates that digital education is being deeply integrated into the education system.

The nature and technological content of human labor are being enhanced by the generalization of its main components, such as creativity, skill and conscientiousness. The connection between mental and physical labor is strengthening. In the future, the introduction of modern electronic and computational technologies into production will be combined with the development of general and special education and the culture of workers.

The organization of courses in educational institutions based on digital knowledge has a positive impact on the continuous nature of education and the improvement of professional training for young people.

Today there are great opportunities for the younger generation to study and work. New legislative and legal acts will contribute to the success of all this.
