Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with participation of Managing Director of the Office of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Executive Director of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care R.Bazarov and President of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan A.Ashyrov. Issues of realisation of large-scale reforms developed in branches of national economy, maintenance of well-being and constructive work of citizens were considered.

Today, the special attention is given to all-round modernisation of the national legislation, development of the latest technologies and digital system, introduction of intellectual property in manufacture at the state level. This, as Hero-Arkadag noted, makes up the main factor of development to keep pace with the time.

President of the Academy of Sciences A.Ashyrov informed on the work carried out taking into account advanced scientific tendencies for complex development of science, stimulation of interest of the youth to profile sphere and perfection of digital economy.

Having underlined that the modern epoch - century of science, scientist Arkadag instructed to give particular attention to all-around development of the given direction, modernisation of electronic trade and intellectual property development. It also concerns supply of the population with pure potable water with application of achievements of science.

At the same time, among actual goals preparation of the qualified research personnel for branches of economy, increase of level and quality of digital services and processes were specified. Speaking of it, Hero-Arkadag pointed out necessity of a complex approach to their solution.

Further Managing Director of the Office of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Executive Director of the Charitable Foundation for assistance to children in need of care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov R.Bazarov reported on adopted measures for perfection of activity of the higher representative body of people's power, and successful solution of goals f national legislative system together with the Mejlis.

As was informed, according to the noble principle, each business is made with support of elders who possess a rich life experience and on the basis of modern achievements of science and tendencies. A regular work is carried out for optimum achievement of the purposes defined at the past meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan.

Focusing attention to necessities of joint efforts for appropriate organisation of activity of the higher representative body of people's power, the National Leader of the Turkmen people marked urgency of consecutive modernisation of national law making. Scientist Arkadag gave concrete instructions to corresponding authorities in the context of development of laws on intellectual property taking into account all nuances.

Throughout the working meeting, Hero-Arkadag underlined that this year, the motto of which is «The Fount of wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi», is marked with grandiose reforms in the country’s life: all conditions for happy life and constructive labour of citizens are created. Besides it, noble work is carried out to study and popularize historical values and nation literary heritage today.

Speaking of it, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty noted that the Turkmen people, in the conscious of whom wisdom of ancestors has taken roots, regard creation as a statehood basis. Thereby it brings a considerable contribution to world literature and cultural treasury.

- Looking back into the past, you are overflowed with a pride for great acts of ancestors. Getting into the lavers of history, this feeling brings you to surprising data, - Hero-Arkadag said.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that by tradition he devoted his labour holiday to creative work: reflected much, committed to paper the collected data of our glorious history. The new book became a fruit of his researches: work on it he has finished, and named it «Hakyda göwheri», Hero-Arkadag informed.

- As to its content, the materials devoted to influence of works by Magtymguly Fragi on universal values here are presented, to our glorious history, the contribution of national culture to world civilisation. Being heart of the Great Silk road, our country endures historical transformations. Whatever epoch we considered, obviously, Turkmen culture always was famous for unique values, which have made huge impact on human history in the world, - scientist Arkadag underlined.

As the National Leader of the Turkmen people pointed out, the International Organisation of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) declared 2024 as the year of the great poet and thinker of the Turkic world Magtymguly Fragi and the city of Anau – as cultural capital of the Turkic world, and it is for the Turkmen people - huge pride and a great honour. Today, samples of our material and spiritual property, historical sights are included in the List of the World heritage of UNESCO and received a recognition from the Organization of the Turkic states.

Our ancestors have made much to inform to us data on glorious history of the nation. And it is the duty of the present generation - to transfer them to their descendants, Hero-Arkadag said.

As they say: who does not have the past – will not have the future. We should always remember national identity, follow the way of ancestors and at the same time keep pace with the time. Each of us has the right to be proud of our rich literary heritage, achievements of our sovereign fatherland, after all, we are a great power, and a great power has a great nation!

The National Leader of the Turkmen people presented the first copy of the new book «Hakyda göwheri» which will be published and accessible within next few days to the wide public.

Participants of the working meeting congratulated scientist Arkadag on this event and wished new creative achievements. As was marked, remarkable works by Hero-Arkadag become a valuable manual and guide not only for Turkmen people, but also for readers all over the world.

At the end of the working meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people thanked the gathered for warm words and wished them successes in solution of tasks set before them.
