Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahallyyev and khyakims of the velayats. The agenda included issues of implementing the National Rural Program, as well as the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.

The first to speak was the khyakim of Ahal velayat S. Soltanmyradov, who reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As noted, appropriate measures are being taken to harvest cotton to the last ball, as well as for the efficient use of agricultural machinery, uninterrupted transportation of raw materials to receiving points and cotton gins. Work is underway to promptly pay cotton growers for the harvest delivered to the state.

In addition, wheat is being cared for, in particular, vegetation irrigation, organic and mineral fertilization.

The khyakim also reported on the preparations in the region for the celebrations on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, on the progress of construction of social, cultural and industrial facilities, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the current month.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of collecting the cotton harvest grown by the hard work of farmers to the last ball, caring for the fields sown with wheat in accordance with agro-technical standards, addressing specific instructions to the khyakim.

The President of the country also ordered to monitor the timing and quality of construction of various facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, scheduled for opening in the velayat in December.

Then, the khyakim of Balkan velayat H. Ashyrmyradov reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural work in the region. As noted, the necessary measures are being implemented on the agricultural lands of the velayat to harvest cotton without losses and timely payments to farmers for the harvest delivered to the state.

In accordance with the tasks set to ensure food abundance in the country, vegetation irrigation and mineral fertilization continue on the wheat fields of the region.

Along with this, work is being carried out to enrich the land with mineral fertilizers and plowing to prepare the areas for cotton for the next sowing season.

In addition, information was provided on preparations for cultural events on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, widely celebrated in the country, as well as on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities, the commissioning of which is scheduled for December.

After hearing the report, the head of state Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of the seasonal agricultural activities being carried out these days, instructing the khyakim to ensure compliance with agro-technical requirements during their implementation.

The President of Turkmenistan also ordered to do everything necessary to prepare at a high level the opening ceremonies of the facilities, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the current month.

Then the working meeting continued with a report by the khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D. Babayev on the pace of seasonal agricultural work in the region.

As reported, the relevant measures are currently being taken to harvest cotton to the last ball.

Appropriate measures are being taken to obtain uniform wheat shoots.

At the same time, plowing and enriching the soil with mineral fertilizers continue in the fields allocated for sowing next year’s cotton. Steps are being taken to ensure timely payments to cotton growers for the harvest delivered to the state.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the progress of preparations in the region for cultural events, as well as for the opening ceremonies of social, cultural and industrial facilities on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the ongoing seasonal agricultural work must be carried out efficiently and in compliance with agro-technical standards, addressing specific instructions to the khyakim in this regard.

The head of state also gave instructions to ensure that the opening ceremonies of buildings and facilities in the velayat are held at a high level.

Then, the khyakim of Lebap velayat M. Annanepesov reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As reported, the necessary measures are being implemented to collect and hand over to the state the grown cotton without losses, as well as to make timely payments to farmers for the harvest.

In the fields of the velayat sown with wheat, vegetative irrigation and feeding with mineral fertilizers are carried out to obtain uniform shoots.

Along with this, plowing and enrichment of the soil with mineral fertilizers are carried out in the areas intended for sowing cotton next year.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the preparations in the velayat for cultural events on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality and on the state of affairs at the facilities scheduled for commissioning this year.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that conducting seasonal agricultural work in accordance with agro-technical standards is an important requirement of the day and gave specific instructions to the khyakim in this regard.

The head of state also instructed the khyakim to monitor the state of work at the facilities scheduled for commissioning in December.

Then, the khyakim of Mary velayat B. Orazov reported on the progress of the ongoing seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.

As reported, the corresponding work is being carried out to collect cotton to the last ball with the effective use of agricultural machinery, and timely payments are also being made to cotton producers for the harvested crop. In order to obtain uniform shoots in the fields sown with wheat, mineral fertilizers are applied and vegetation irrigation is carried out.

In order to lay the foundation for the cotton harvest next year, plowing and enrichment of the soil with mineral fertilizers continues in the velayat.

Along with this, measures are being taken in the region to collect sugar beets and transport them uninterruptedly to receiving points.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also ordered to ensure a high level of holding of the upcoming ceremonies in the velayat in December on the occasion of the opening of the facilities.

As noted, these days, work is underway in the velayats to harvest cotton to the last ball.

In order to obtain uniform wheat shoots, care is carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards, in particular, feeding with mineral fertilizers and vegetative irrigation.

Along with this, plowing and enrichment of the soil with mineral fertilizers are carried out in the areas that will be sown with cotton next year.

At the same time, the fleet of agricultural machinery is being updated and repairs are being made to special equipment and units that will be used in the spring sowing.

In order to supply farmers with sufficient amounts of bio-products next year, reconstruction work is being carried out at bio-enterprises in the velayats, where necessary, as well as providing them with raw materials and equipment.

In Mary velayat, measures are being taken to harvest sugar beets and complete this season on time.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of the agricultural sector in the development of the national economy, noting in this context the need to carry out current seasonal activities at the proper quality and organizational level. The Deputy Prime Minister was instructed to keep these issues under review.

Then, the President of the country, addressing the participants of the working meeting, emphasized the importance of work on caring for wheat. In this regard, the head of state ordered to ensure control over the irrigation of fields when the first shoots appear, fertilizing the soil with minerals in accordance with agro-technical standards, and timely implementation of weed control measures in order to obtain good shoots.

The head of state noted the importance of harvesting the “white gold” to the last ball, also instructing to keep under strict control the plowing of fields for sowing cotton next year, fertilizing the soil with phosphorus fertilizers.

In addition, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to provide farmers with agricultural machinery for seasonal activities, appropriately organize work on the production of bio-products at bio-enterprises, and maintain them at the proper level and timely supply with raw materials.

At the same time, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to carry out a full settlement with cotton producers, to control payments for the consumption of petroleum products for agricultural machinery in farmer associations, to ensure timely mutual settlements of cotton and wheat producers with service enterprises in the velayats for this year’s cotton harvest and next year’s wheat, to collect sugar beets without losses in Mary velayat, and to keep under review the progress of the tasks provided for by the National Rural Program.

Along with this, the President of the country ordered high-level preparations for the International Day of Neutrality. In addition, it is necessary to ensure constant control during the holidays over the supply of markets and stores with an abundance of various products, and to properly prepare for the opening of social and industrial facilities in the velayats.

At the end of the working meeting, the head of state Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants good health, family well-being and success in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
