New textbooks for students of agricultural universities have been published in Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan has released new textbooks for students of agricultural higher education institutions in the country. The new textbook "Crop quality control" describes methods for conducting laboratory tests of fresh fruits, vegetables and cereals, technical and chemical studies, as well as modern devices and tools used to control the quality of products in the food industry, the specifics of such devices, calculations used in measurement of product quality, and the methodology of experimental work.

The textbook will greatly contribute to the realization of the main goal of the crop quality control course - to teach future specialists to conduct laboratory studies and determine the quality of agricultural crops with their help, to apply chemical, physical and physico chemical methods in technical and chemical research, to use advanced technical means, as well as to conduct research in this field and develop practical skills.

The textbook, intended for students of specialized universities, can also be useful for specialists working in the agricultural sector.

Another new textbook entitled "Quality control of cotton products" is devoted to the basic principles and methods used in the country's cotton gins, as well as the theoretical foundations of cotton processing, methods improving product quality and measures to bring it to the world market.

The materials included in the new edition have been prepared taking into account the priorities and objectives of the training course on quality control of cotton products in agricultural universities. The textbook is mainly intended for students of the specialties Primary processing of cotton, textile production and spinning of natural fibers of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University. The new manual will also help teachers and agricultural specialists in their work.
