The colorful booth of the travel company Le.travel, presented at the International Exhibition "Turkmentextile Expo – 2025," attracted significant attention. Guests and participants of the event showed active interest in the company's tour offers and itineraries, which is especially relevant during the summer vacation season.
With many years of experience in the tourism sector, Le.travel offers a wide range of services for a comfortable and unforgettable journey. The list of tours includes exciting trips to significant cultural and historical monuments of Turkmenistan, included in the UNESCO World Heritage list, as well as weekend tours that allow visitors to learn a lot about Ashgabat and the surroundings of the Turkmen capital.
Among the most popular routes are guided trips to Old Nisa, excursions to ancient Merv, including visits to the mausoleum of Sultan Sanjar and the fortress of Gyz-Gala. Also available are visits to the magnificent Turkmenbashi Mosque near the village of Gypjak, thrilling off-road trips to the burning Darvaza crater, visits to the UNESCO site of Kunya-Urgench – the ancient city on the Great Silk Road, with tours of the main monuments: the mausoleums of Turabeg Khanum, Il Arslan, Sultan Tekesh, and the Kutlug Timur minaret. A consistently popular trip is to the Arkadash horse farm to get acquainted with the famous Akhal-Teke racehorses.
“The most sought-after location among visitors to our country remains the burning crater ‘The Glow of the Garagums,’” says Orazgeldi Suvkhanov, a representative of Le.travel. “At the same time, the company offers eco-tourism, wildlife observation, and adventure tourism tours. We also try to take into account travelers’ hobbies. For instance, for birdwatching enthusiasts, we have a special offer that requires the presence of a certified ornithologist guide.”
As part of the development of this direction, the company has signed agreements with the Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan. Currently, a group of guides is being formed who will undergo specialized training in ornithology. In addition, work has been done to include information about endangered birds and animals inhabiting the country on the tour operator’s website, which operates in three languages: Turkmen, English and Russian.
Among the new offerings from Le.travel is the developing program "Hidden Pearls of Turkmenistan."
This tour will include visits to architectural and historical monuments hidden from the eyes of most tourists, as well as art workshops where visitors can learn about local artists. The company individually selects routes and transport, developing exclusive programs that allow a deeper acquaintance with the culture and nature of Turkmenistan.
